Saltwater Seafari is a family owned and operated business located in Big Pine Key, Florida.

Meet Matt and Jennifer Parramore

We understand that life moves fast and vacations are priceless.

Our business was created on the belief that excellent customer service should begin with our first hello and end with our ‘See you next time!’ We take pride in going the extra mile with every customer to ensure their time with us is a memory that will last forever. Our passion for the water has driven us to create a business that allows us to share the peace and serenity that is found above and below the Florida Keys waters.

Our adventure in the Florida Keys started many years ago when we would spend summers vacationing here with our families. Our most fond memories were made catching lobster, fishing, snorkeling, grilling out along the docks, exploring new places, and enjoying the laid back lifestyle the Keys has to offer.

Together, we bring years of experience as well as genuine enthusiasm for ensuring our customers leave with memories that will live on for years to come.

Prior moving to the Florida Keys permanently in 2018, we owned a similar charter business in the Florida Panhandle. With years of experience under our belt we decided it was time to embark on an adventure and bring our knowledge to an area that is close to our hearts.

Matt became a captain in 2013 and instantly became overjoyed with giving customers and families one on one instruction and lessons on sea life in the water. Growing up, his father was a Florida fish and wildlife officer and greatly influenced his love for the outdoors and all things related to boating and fishing.

Jennifer became a captain in 2021. After many years of working behind the scenes and filling the role of deckhand she decided she was ready to take on the role of captain. She too has a strong family background of life on the water and has a passion for showing customers all that the Florida Keys eco-system has to offer.
